The
Prison City Model Club is located in Leavenworth,
the first city of Kansas. Now in its 11th year, the club meets on the
third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 P.M. We do have some
meetings at member's homes or local restaurants, so check the
club calendar page
before coming to a meeting.
The club is made up of modelers of all building
interests, skill levels, and ages. Please join us for a meeting, and
bring whatever project you are working on.
Well, we've finally done it-- decided on a date and time for our next contest.
Save the date- Saturday, 21 March 2009 at the Heritage Center, Delaware Street,
Leavenworth. Great location for a contest, plus located in the center of
the newly renovated downtown. Walking distance to the Carrousel Museum,
several restaurants, and riverfront park. The new walking trail along
Three Mile Creek will hopefully be open.
